I've just been going through my paperwork for the beach and found an email which says
"My name is Chris Wright and I am the managing Director of PHW Ltd here in the UK. Our main concern is to look after your interests over here in sunny England whilst Andy and Alison Harris, our CEO and his wife, look after your apartments in even sunnier Egypt."

If that doesn't clearly state Andy is PHW but not on paper, I don't know what does - no mention of First Leisure.
