Doesn't sound like you're just talking about yourself does it? So I ask you again, how would you know if:
a) any documentation was genuine;
b) what the legal implications of that documentation is;
If you are now saying that you don't know & that you have no legal training or understanding of Egyptian law or the intricacies of Egyptian property & land ownership, then I think that you should make this clear & stop misleading people with talk of "hard evidence."
Finally, who cares if someone sold their appartment & made 25% if it transpires that they never actually owned it in the first place? Eventually someone will end up holding the baby & will be seriously out of pocket.
