This thread is becoming well known to buyers and ex buyers of Regency developments. Somebody on this forum gave me the address! I was buying a junior suite but decided, firstly because of the change from a one bedroom to a studio and then because of everything I've read, that I no longer wanted to procede. The only positive thing that I have to say about PHW is that they returned my deposit quickly!
