I just had a quick look at my account online and both my cheques have cleared - the £1000 deposit for RB from LAW plus half their fees back and the £1000 deposit for Crash Pads from PHW.

Also just looked back on my emails. Requested the cheques from LAW on the 10th June and from PHW a couple of days later. They would have arrived sooner but I was travelling and requested them to arrive at a certain address the last week of June. I cannot fault them on that. As posted before, I know of one other ex buyer who received her deposit back before me but I don't know why we got ours so quickly or why I've had such prompt replies to my emails when others haven't. On the other forum one member pulled out a longtime ago - for different reasons and long before all this started - and although he received his deposit back he did become worried over the length of time it took.

Maybe the only way to get them quickly is to pester them on a daily basis? I think Nick is dealing with the returns. It's true that all deposits for RB are held by LAW so I don't think anyone needs worry about getting them back....easy for me to say I know.
