This is a statement from Yasser Soussa dated 01.01.07 stating that the land and properties on Regency Towers are owned by Andy Harris and First Leisure. This contradicts completely the email doing the rounds from Yasser Soussa stating problems with the ownership of Regency Towers
A couple of minor issues with that document.

Firstly it is dated 1/1/07, yet was created on 17/03/07.

The author was vip - whos that?

Also, why is it hosted on a Polish website


I'm not very technically savvy but my understanding is that this is a scanned document on a Polish forum about Hurghada so that would mean that it was scanned on 17/03/07, the poster on the forum is vip, and as I say it is a Polish forum.
With my Sherlock Holmes hat on, i would think that poster received this as part of a due diligence process for their purchase on Regency Towers and then scanned the document and posted it on athread on that forum to back up some point - unfortunately my Polish is not too hot so that is as much as I can deduce.
Why would Yasser Soussa's Law office be prepared to present this document as fact in 2007 and then when he has a run in with Andy Harris, circulate an email claiming that there are issues with the ownership???
