I got Yasser's details from that ownership doc and then emailed him for further info in which he said the opposite. The ownership of regency towers by egyptians rather than AH (and also regency beach land) was confirmed by Philip Morris at LAW.We can only summise from the original doc and the reason behind it that it was either a mistake, truth or potential fraud. Who knows? As from the info above from LAW, it wasn't the truth.....I doubt we will ever get to the full truth of all this but for the sake of those still in, I'm continuing to dig and ask questions. It would be nice if Ahmed and Tariq would come back and restore our faith in human nature with some checkable facts!
