I was thinking,
If almost everyone has pulled out of the PHW brand like we have heard. Where will the funding come from to finish the projects? The few, if any whom have held on are in even worse shape now. The chance of re-selling these flats and villas that the original investors have pulled out of is almost impossible now with all the bad press on PHW coming out.
Developers rely on pre-sales to start their projects. In this case IF the money has been returned to all that have backed out. How is it possible to continue the project?
