Good for them! We are not willing to take the risk with a developer with such a bad reputation and a disqualification here in the UK. This just would not make good business sense at all. There are so many good developer with experience. When we heard that PHW has never even built a project before, and does not own any projects we were very shocked! The writing is on the wall. Anyone who cannot see this, will have nobody to blame but themselves. Everyone was warned on here from people who really know what is going on out in Hurghada, and have been so helpful to all of us.
