can I just say that you can tell you are a professional by how you have written your reply. Unfortunately, the many posts both on here and TP by Andy Harris are not written in the same way and one of those to condemn Mr Soussa was AH himself. The email I received directly from Mr Soussa only details the facts about ownership of the towers development and was again, a professional account and in no way a personal attack.

Mr Harris stated to my solicitor (who then passed the info on to myself by phone) that Mr Soussa had been arrested. My Harris has been unable to substantiate these claims to my knowledge.

On the other hand, My Harris has chosen not to comment on his disqualification in the UK and personally, I think this is important to restore any trust in him.

Im sure you will agree that Mr Harris posting a message from our lawyers was bad judgment on the part of Mr Harris and in fact on Mr Morris for allowing him to do so.

I would like to think that the majority of posts have been of help to buyers such as myself in making their own informed decisions. Without the help and information from other buyers and from those not involved who have still taken their time to give investment advice, I could have found myself in a disastrous financial position.

Personally, I have taken any information on here at face value and gone away to search for something to back it up. On some points, the evidence has been there, on the Egyptian side it has been difficult to do so.

I am however happy with the decision I made but have not urged anyone else to follow my road, only explained my reasons and choices. I feel that this is what a forum is for.
