Yes both my post and Andy's post that branded me a jealous competitor were removed.

He then went on to say that I had threatened to pull out but hadn't.
My answer was if I was a competitor as he said, why would I buy from him?

He said he had contacted all his investors and no-one fitted my profile
I told him this was a lie because I had not heard from him at any point

He then asked me to identify myself
I posted my full name as I had nothing to hide

I also asked him to explain why he had been disqualified in the uk as a director until 2012

My reply was I thought well written and to the point and only addressed his accusations against me. At no point did I make any personal attack. The tone of his post was very immature and unprofessional to say the least.

On this thread, there has been links to where the information has come from so although the majority has been hearsay, some points have been backed up such as the details of the disqualification.

Right from the start I was led to believe I was buying from AH and his company PHW - at no point was I told that PHW was an agency and that Andy actually owned First Leisure. Lyndsey said on here that she knew that info all along because she had done her homework.

Considering I was fed that info from AH himself - in person - I had no reason to suppose otherwise. I have gone through all the reservation paperwork and there is not one mention of First Leisure Ltd. Surely this is a clear example of being misled.

On an email I received from phw it says and I quote
"My name is Chris Wright and I am the managing Director of PHW Ltd here in the UK. Our main concern is to look after your interests over here in sunny England whilst Andy and Alison Harris, our CEO and his wife, look after your apartments in even sunnier Egypt."

If that isn't confirming that AH is PHW I don't know what does. He may not be listed on paper (well he couldn't be could he considering he was disqualified for misleading people into buying worthless shares) but it is clear that the company is his. I wonder what companies house would think of this
