According the the solicitor Philip Morris at LAw, Andy Harris DOES NOT own the land at Regency Beach. It is owned by two Egyptians.
The Regency Towers is not owned by Andy Harris (he told me in person that it was). Again, it is owned by another Egyptian. He shell was already built and I believe Andy was involved in the finishing of it as part of the deal to see the apartments.
That's why there is problems with the registration I am told. Mr Egyptian man won't now sell to AH
