This is the reply from the lawyer. Personally I don't feel it tells us anything particularly new but I am sharing it as promised.

Thank you that you contacted our firm and I'm so sorry if I answered you one day late but I was very busy with many investigation yesterday and today and you can see now the time I send you my mail its 4:35 in the morning .

I know that you are like many people asking about what is going around the
project (( Regency Tower )) Mr/Andrrow Harris & His Group

I can answer you that this Gentleman took all his money from three clients
two from Holland and one man from USA for the apartments 1,2,3 in the
ground floor and he refused to give them the apartments and even he bracken them flats before and he let some other people stay there and he invent stories to the police here and he had some Egyptians around him helped him with that because they full them pocket always from the work they do it for him .

He even insult us as lawyers when we defended our clients and we show them the way to take them flats again and he tried to destroy our reputation without he know that we are working for many embassies and for the biggest companies in Europe and more than 179o clients in Europe and USA and many different countries around the world since more than 6 years .

We made many reports against this man and his Egyptian group they protect
him and play with the law here and we have now many cases in Hurghada court about this apartments .

I don't know which kind of business man he make this risk with his business
and with his clients and with his name also because some wrong advises from people around him abuse him only to get more money from his back ?
and always telling him that he is save !! but this not true and he is not
save because he refuse to see that facts until now & there is no one above
the law .

There is many people made against him reports in the police here and even
some workers of his company did the same after he refuse to give them salary

He sold apartments with wrong contracts and he invent that he Owen the
Regency Tower by buying the ground from Hurghada City Counsel in the time he never get one paper from the City Counsel about his building by his name
.

He really made many problem around him and he will be finished as business
man here in this country as long he will not wake up from the dream he still
have it until now that he can take anything by power or money as he do here .

and also not before he give all his clients them money or them apartments
and show them his respect . in this case only he will save his face and his
business and maybe he will continue but not before he prove to all the
people that he didn't mean what he did and he is able to fix all the bad he
did against the rights of his clients .

I advice all the clients they bought from this man or his company to come
here to Egypt to finish this movie and to put the end to this sad story . a
lot of them lost money they spend many years from them life to make it and
he has to know that he will pay back by any way

I have a lot of contacts from many clients they made deals with him and they want make a new reports against him and even if you will join some of the most famous forums in the internet you will finds that he became not covered and the last thing I heard it today in one of those forums that he will go out of Egypt and he collect his money from the banks and he will be a new investor in some Arabic countries .

I just hope that all the people made deals with him before or invest with
him to come here all one time and very soon to site with him and find
solution for this problems and to secure them rights of the apartments they
bought it from him .

I hope also that you can learn from the lessons of the others and I hope
that all the people will remember always that (( not everything shining
is gold )) .
