A & A can maybe not afford not to have their people come in. The government is trying at the moment to get their arms around what A & A are doing in Hurghada. If they have their English "guards" posted. They are harder to get out than if they are Egyptian. Its all politics here. Andrew is trying to keep out the powers that be, at the cost of losing all! If he can keep out the police, he can "try" to hold on to a fading dream. All is coming to an end with these criminals.
