Yes this is the same lawyer. They have filed many reports against A & A.
Including a case where an American man tried to get his money back from a flat he bought. A & A sold the flat again and kept all the money from both sales.
The man came with an old Dutch couple who bought two flats that A & A double sold too.
He has kept the money from all sales!
When the people came with an interpreter to RT, AH and his workers locked them in the gate and beat them badly. The police were called. AH ran away. He had one of his managers cut himself with a knife and blame it on the old Dutch man. The police came, and the investors and translator were taken to the hospital.
After this many police reports were filed!
The police are doing investigations into A & A, and their manager right now.
We also have learned that someone recorded the whole violent incident. We don't know if it was one of A & A's workers or a by standard watching.
But we are trying to find out.
This has all been substantiated by a friend that works for the police here in Hurghada as completely accurate and correct. It has also been substantiated through one of A & A's workers.
All hell is hitting the fan with A & A!
I have heard the same here. I believe this is the attorney that is forming a class action lawsuit against Andrew and Alison. There has been a lot of talk about this big suit.
Has anyone contacted him? If so please let us know what he said.
If you got swindled and lost money and you can prove it, you just go to any police station in the country you live and file a complaint. It can be any European country since AH and PHW are European. Of course it will be stipulated that the deal was closed in Egypt so consequently property issues should be treated by the Egyptian courts but the good thing about filing in your own country is a) the country where the complaint was filed will look for the person to confront him/her with the complaint and/or contact Egypt to let them know a complaint was filed against a European citizen living in Egypt. If complaints are filed in different European countries can you imagine the problems that would arise from it?
Or do you mean bundling up? I know the lawyer they mentioned before has some cases from different people, you could join them.
This is the same attorney that is filing the large lawsuit against Andrew and Alison right?
The latest news I heard they have replaced the egyptian security in RT by English security. 
This is because all the Egyptians here are turning against Andrew and Alison. Nobody will do business with him here anymore. He has screwed over so many people, and they all gossip about it.This is a joke. Andrew and Alison are masters of deception. It is well know here that everyone is quiting PHW in Hurghada. Also remember the office in the UK knows nothing of what is really going on in Hurghada. Andrew keeps all his police troubles from them. I contacted them one time and they knew nothing of what Andrew and Alison are doing. Maybe they should see this site.
They are serious con artists! They were shut down in the UK so they came here to a place that is more tolerant of bad people, especially if they are from another country. Andrew and Alison are taking advantage of this. But the government here is getting fed up with all the complaints about Andrew and Alison.
