I have also heard it was done to keep the Egyptian owner of regency Towers out. That makes a lot more sense than Andrew and Alison caring about the dust coming in, and paying out of their pocket a large sum for this. I believe they did it so they do not lose the whole building to the rightful Egyptian owner of Regency Towers.

I am going to drive by in the next couple days and have a look.

Today I drove by Regency Tower to have a look. Someone posted on hear it looks like a prison? They are right. But it looks like an abandoned prison that is trying very hard to keep someone out, not the dust.

I feel sorry for the people who bought there.
