Get this one..... Andrew is now saying Regency Beach will be finished in 24 months!
Regency Towers was supposed to be finished over 1 year ago, and the development was already built by an Egyptian man, many years ago. Andrew was given a small task of putting in a couple pools and finishing the inside of some of the flats. He could not even do this right, and the development is still not done!!!!!!!!
Andrew has no experience in the field he is in. Regency Towers says it all!
I drove by it last week, it looks like an abandoned prison.
