a company who opens sold apartments to take out furniture to put it somewhere else etc..... I'm sorry for the people still calling in to buy. I have heard the same thing here. When people come to view their flat. Two hours before they arrive everyone is running around crazy taking all the furnishings out of the last visitor, and moving everything into the new arrival to make it look as though their flat is furnished, When in fact its just the same old stuff being shifted from flat to flat. These people are a very fly by night group, with new no idea how how to run a development.

I have also learned that Andrew and Alison are having their workers sleep on the floors of sold flats. This was spoken about by a man who has done business with Andrew and Alison at Regency Towers.

By looking at this you would think you are buying from an experienced, honest developer. Not bankrupt, con artists, that are under investigation by everyone in Egypt for a whole list of crimes.
