According to our info the owner stills owns the building and 31 apartments and AH 41 apartments. This is true. We heard that Andrew and Alison told everyone they owned Regency Towers, where in fact an Egyptian did and still does.

We have also been told that this man has a big lawsuit against Andrew and Alison right now.
Owners need to check their contracts to see if it is with the Egyptian man or with Andrew and Alison. If it is the latter, they might have some big troubles coming their way.

Their flat might in fact still be owned by the Egyptian man who owns Regency Towers.
