no carmen, that's why I pulled out. I always dealt with PHW and Andy Harris in their offices in Egypt. It turns out that Andy's company is First Leisure registered in Egypt. I found that out on another forum quite by chance. It was the first I had heard of FL. How can you continue to trust a person or their company when you don't even know who you are buying from?
Even the solicitors were surprised I hadn't heard of FL, but as I said to them, why would I? I was given the impression that I was buying from Andy Harris and that AH was PHW!
As it's not the first time there has been some underhand dealing which resulted in Andy being disqualified in the UK as a director, I wasn't happy trusting in him not to sail close to the wind again. (evidence at companies house and links in earlier posts on here).
I can't afford to lose my money.
I don't want to spend the next 2 years fretting about my investment instead of being excited in anticipation of it.

THIS IS INFACT "DOUBLE SELLING" UNDER OUR EGYPTIAN LAW. THIS IS THE BREAKING OF TWO SERIOUS LAWS HERE IN EGYPT. THE PENALTIES ARE SEVERE AND WILL BE PURSUED AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL THAT THE EGYPTIAN LAW WILL ALLOW FOR EACH SUCH OFFENSES.
