My Husband were just talking it over........maybe all of us that have backed out should come together in looking for a reputable developer. We could all look for them, post the name, then we can all do research to see if we find any negative aspects in buying from them. This may prevent all of us from getting mixed up with a developer with a bad reputation like Property HotSpots Worldwide ( or Fist Leisure Ltd ).

Some of the things to look for:

Experience in developing
Company in owners name
No disqualifications around the world
Ownership of development and land
Past developments they have built we can all see
No reports filed against them with the police
