well put. It certainly makes sense. Having paid £800 up front to the solicitor, it does make you less willing to switch at this point. I'm told I will lose half of that if I change now or all of it once the contracts are done.
I did ask LAW hypothetically if it turned out that the due diligence paperwork was false in some way, what recourse would we have? Apparently the Egyptian lawyers (whoever they are) could be sent to prison. Oh well, there goes my money at the same time....
