I am now looking to see what else is available on the market with a bigger firm that has done a project of this size before. I think there is every possibility that RB will go ahead and be fine in the end but the whole thing stinks of incompetence and "jack the lad" attitude from both sides. (legal and selling)

I know other buyers feel the same.
