I AGREE SIMPY,I would get a statment if I were him,but thats me because wouldn't want to loose my customers or loose my credibility eigther in the market place.and yes iam using law as well.By the way spoke to PHW last Friday to find out about the updated plans for the 57m2 and my 92m2 appt,and all they could tell me is the same thing they told me 2months ago,havent recieved them yet.I also requested in writing last week to have their answer to my question regarding communal area % of the appt net area,Although the answer was good news which mean anybody buying 57m2 or 92m2 will still get that net area excluding communal area, but stll havent
had it in writing.So its not just what we heard about PHW the last few days,the other thing that bugs me most is they dont tell u anything.
