Firstly, I can not imagine a reputable business's CEO resorting to posting on internet bulletin boards to try & argue their side of an argument over someone elses. Its ridiculous. It could be an error of judgement, but I think the notion of doing that in the first place has to be questioned.
What they would do is to instruct their legal representative to contact the site owner & have the posts removed, then to contact the persons involved & threaten them also with libel - you can be sued now for what you post on a bulletin board, someone ended up £10K out of pocket for it.
Secondly, the post above from "legal alliances worldwide" is not the kind of statement that you would expect from anyone trained in law. It reads as though it has been written by someone who thinks they know a bit about the law & who thinks that the grandiose name will frighten people, but the language, terminology, etc, is poor & doesn't sit right to me.
Thirdly, the CEO of a company should not be posting tales of what some other person (ie the lawyer) has allegedly been doing to tarnish their name, irrespective of whether it is true or not - the place for that is in court, not on a bulletin board.
In summary, cause I can't be bothered to go any further, it sounds highly suspicious to me. That doesn't mean it is, but I would take the option that guarantees that I won't lose one penny (never mind how much in "gains & riches" you might miss out on), & that would be to avoid these completely, at least until things settled & you know with absolute certainty what is/has been going on, but probably for good.
Finally, I'm not convinced by some of these supportive posts from newer members - looks very suspicious to me.
Just my thoughts, take them or leave them, but good luck anyway.
